Emergency center form Cornesti town was repaired
Emergency doctors from Cornesti town, Ungheni district have moved to a new place. During ten year, the specialists were working in a building without sewerage, aqueduct and heat, now, they will work in better conditions.
Valentina Olaru works in the hospital for over than 40 years. She says it was hard to work because of the bad conditions.
"In the past ten years, the conditions started to be worse and worse. We were praying to God to have calls and go home to the patients, because they have had heat", said Valentina Olaru, emergency doctor.
Today, there was inaugurated the new hospital. The building has all the functions and it even has furniture.
"We visited many hospitals and emergency points and the one from Cornesti was in the worst condition. Today, we can see the result. We already have conditions, heat and water", said Boris Golovin, PDM deputy.
Besides the emergency centers, the Health Ministry will renovate the ambulances.
"In 2018, the Government allocated 273 million lei to buy new ambulances. We will buy other 300 ambulances", said Boris Gilca, state secretary between Heath Ministry.
The repair works costed approximately 950 thousand lei.
