The employees of IP Ciocana within the Municipal Police Direction of Chisinau, after the special investigation measures they detained a 25 year old man from Capital who was previously searched for illegal circulation of drugs.

The investigation officers caught the man on Mihai Sadoveanu street and brought it to the police inspectorate. The officers found 30 packs of a white substance with a specific smell. Previously, the man was judged for the same actions.

The packets were sealed and shipped to the Forensic Science and Technology Expert Center of IGP.

 In this context, the suspect was detained for 72 hours and is searched for illegal drugs circulation. If found guilty, the man risks from 1 to 6 years in prison.

The Capital police continues the planned actions to fight against drugs circulation and urges the citizens to inform the police on 902 number if they know the persons who are involved in such actions.
