The house of Serghei Cimpoies, the deputy of the Gagauzia Popular Meeting was robbed. The owner noticed the thief and alerted the police, who caught him really fast.

The thief is a 17 year old teenager.

The case took place in Tomai village, Ceadir-Lunga district. The minor entered in the house after he broke a window.

He managed to take money and expensive objects worth 10 thousand lei.

According to the Gagauzian police, previously, the thief was involved in criminal action. If found guilty the boy risks up to seven years in prison.
