A man died and another one was transported to the hospital after a car hit their cart.

The accident took pace yesterday near Svetloe village, Comrat district. The man who died was in the cart. The driver of the car didn't suffer.

At the same time, the policemen verified if the driver was drunk and the expertise's results have shown that he didn't drink alcohol.

According to the National Patrol Inpectorate, last year there were over 20 road accidents with the implication of cart drivers.

After those accidents, three persons died and after 24 were injured.
