Chiril Lucinschi, who is accused in bank fraud case was hospitalized a day before a new trial.

The former liberal-democratic deputy started to feel bad on Tuesday. After some medical investigations, he was hospitalized. 

The defendant's lawyer refused to talk about the health problems of his customer, this is why the trial was annulled till January 24.

 The prosecutor Eugen Rurac said he hopes that it is not about a try to delay the case.

Chiril Lucinschi is searched in the case of the bank fraud from Economy Bank, Social Bank and Unibank.

If found guilty for money laundering he risks ten years in prison.
