Deputy Prime Minister of Moldova pays his first visit to Brussels
Deputy prime minister, Iurie Leanca will pay his first visit to Brussels. Within the visit that will occur between January 22 and 23, the official will make a vast range of important meetings with many officials of the European Union.
Within the discussions, Iurie Leanca will inform the European partners about the Chisinau Government's commitment to implement the required reforms, especially the justice reform and the one against corruption.
The deputy prime minister for European integration will discuss about the financial aid for Republic of Moldova, the importance of the free trade zone and about how efficient is the East Partnership.
"I am going to Brussels to transmit a clear message. I want to say that Republic of Moldova really wants to implement these reforms. I am convinced that due to these reforms we will manage to develop the dialogue with EU in different spheres. Thus, the citizens will feel the benefits of the East Partnership as soon as possible", declared Iurie Leanca.
This week, Iurie Leanca had a meeting with the Ambassadors of different European countries in Chisinau and with the representatives of many national institutions. The discussions targeted subjects of the EU and Republic of Moldova agenda.
