This is the first time in the last two decades when the Capital residents won't have to wait for spring to get rig of the dirty snow. The municipal authorities decided to get rid of the dirty snow as soon as possible, to maintain the city clean.

The snow is transported on Exdrupo company's territory from Varnita street.

"We clean. It is hard. This is the third day of work", said a worker.

"We will work the whole day, till 5 am", said a worker.

Silvia Radu, the interim of the Capital declared that all available forces and equipment were mobilized.

"We try to evacuate the snow off the main streets, so, if it will be snow fall, we won't have excessive snow on the sidewalks. Unfortunately, we don't have enough teams and we can't work that fast", said Silvia Radu, the interim of the Capital.

The passers-by appreciate the initiative of the authorities. 

"Now, when they clean everything, it is better", said a passer-by.

"It is a very good idea. The city will be cleaner", said a passer-by.

"It is good that they clean everything, we won't fell down", said a passer-by.

The municipality intends to buy more equipment next year in order to be able to intervene more effectively in such situations.
