Farmers who benefited from state subsidies but haven't applied visibility materials will risk returning money. Agency for Intervention and Payments for Agriculture (AIPA) representatives verified and declared that not all farmers comply with legal procedure. 

At the moment, economic agents were only warned but if they fail to comply, they'll be penalized. 

According to the new subsidy regulation, the farmers are obliged to apply information panel where investments have been made by the help of the state. AIPA representatives visited a farmer in Oniţacani, Criuleni district who grows vegetables in greenhouse and doesn't have required documents. 

The farmer says he will complete all documents in the coming days. 

"We have commissioned at a specialized firm, we have to promote our actions. Europe, America have made lots of investments and nowhere we can see information", said Ion Hadjiu, agricultural producer.

However, some agricultural producers comply with the rules. This is also the case for an entrepreneur from Horasti village, Ialoveni district, which owns a cow farm.

"We applied it within 15 days of receiving the grant, according to the regulation requesting this point, we recommend to all grant recipients to specify the information about the grant received, because it is necessary and we are grateful to our state" said Ina Brother, financial director.

The document must contain information about the name of the beneficiary, the locality where the project was made, the amount of the subsidy, but also the farmer's own contribution.

According to the data, in 2017 approximately six thousand farmers benefited from subsidies amounting to 830 million lei.
