Plavel Filip about salary raise of budgeta workers
Andrian Candu, the President of the Parliament and Pavel Filip, the prime minister had met today, February 6, in a common session, where they discussed about the common priorities for 2018. On the the main targets is to evolve the salaries reform. According to the Prime Minster, for implementing this reform it is necessary to have fair salary system.
"When we talk about a project of law, we discuss a very important one. It is a matter of the unitary law on pay, because what we have today is an excessive fragmentation in many areas and the public domain is fragmented and has separate laws. Salaries are made up of several components, adds to multiple supplements, and this has made things harder. During the year, things were complicated by this law. We intended to come up with a unitary law on payroll and our aim is to approve this law in this parliamentary session. The Ministry of Finance is responsible for the drafting of this law, they have it as a priority. First of all, we need to be sure we have a fair pay system, "said Premier Pavel Filip.
