Two young men from Orhei district were arrested on suspicion of committing at least three thefts in the Capital. They were caught on surveillance cameras installed in a market, while stealing a screwdriver worth 2 500 lei.
In another shop from Mitropolitul Varlaam street they stole a cell phone, that belonged to one of the employees.
The third theft took place in a shop from Hânceşti highway, where they grabbed the chance and stole a cell phone worth 5 000 lei from a careless person.
All goods were seized and will be returned to the victims.
The two suspects, of 22 and 25, are investigated for theft and risk to 4 years of imprisonment. They were previously tried for drug abuse.
