A 34-year-old man from the Capital was caught red-handed by police officers for stealing a cell phone. The incident took place while trolleybus route No. 22 was going on Ştefan cel Mare boulevard, where the suspect took from a lady a "HTC" cell cellphone worth 1 300 lei.

On the suspect's name was opened a file according to article 192 of the Penal Code of Republic of Moldova, for pickpocketing, which is punishable with sanction, unpaid community service or to 2 years behind bars.
