The deadline of the contract for borrowing agricultural lands has changed. The term will raise from three to five years.

The new modifications provide to register the contract to the Territory Cadastre the contract that is made on a term of more than five years.

At the same time, the borrowing lands or other agricultural goods contract was make for a five years term needs to be registered at the local City Hall. 

If a borrower makes lease agreements with several lessees, the receipt of the applications for registration of the lease agreements in the real estate register shall be performed by the registrar of the territorial cadastral body on the territory of the locality.

The voluntary registration of the lease agreement with the territorial cadastral body concluded for up to 5 years exempts the lessee from the obligation to register it at the mayor's office.

The modification were supported by 60 deputies of the present.
