Potentials of Giurgiulești Free Economic Zone, topics of discussion between Chiril Gaburici and Thomas Moser
All aspects of Giurgiulești Free Economic Zone were the topic of the discussion between the Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, Chiril Gaburici and General Manager of ICS Danube Logistics, Thomas Moser.
Minister Chiril Gaburici took a documentary visit yesterday to the Giurgiulești Free International Port. During the visit, the Minister of Economy and Infrastructure inspected the sections on the Chisinau-Giurgiulești route which is to be rehabilitated this year.
In this context, Minister Chiril Gaburici stressed the importance of developing the infrastructure of the road, railways and access roads.
"We have to create favorable conditions for the business development both for the economic agents working in the Free Economic Zone and for the investors. It is important to develop the infrastructure and to become competitive in the field," Minister of Economy and Infrastructure.
According to Thomas Moser, the Giurgiulești International Free Port provided several services such as the storage of containers and goods, the loading and unloading of goods, the ship's agency.
Giurgiulești International Free Port was created in 2005.
