The National Statistics Bureau announced that the last year there were operated over 7 200 houses and apartments with almost 11% higher price than in 2016. The total surface is over 570 thousand square meters.

The information shows that many of the operated buildings are apartments. Those number is over 6 200. At the same time, there were operated over 1 000 houses.

Over 6 800 houses were operated in cities and 395 in villages.

According to the statistics, the majority of the houses, over 6 200 were operated in Capital. 

The other houses were operated in the districts from the center of the country - 510. In the south there were operated almost 240 houses and the north - over 270.
