A woman from Cahul district will stand trial for running a brothel, after she, along with a friend and Turk, have recruited two Moldovans and convinced them to offer sexual services for money in Turkey.

According to the investigation, the suspect, along with a friend and a Turk, have urged two young girls to become prostitutes in Turkey during 2015, promising them good money in exchange.

After the two girls agreed, the suspects purchased them plane tickets and organized their stay in a resort located in Mugla, where they would offer sexual services in multiple apartments.

Law enforcement have yet to arrest her friend and the Turk, them being declared wanted people.

For those actions, the suspects risk to 7 years of imprisonment.
