Silvia Radu: City Hall faces terrible bribery cases
Capital City Hall faced many bribery acts in the past years and a part of the municipality money are stolen by the party who leads with the City Hall.
The declaration was made by Silvia Radu, the Interim of the Capital in an interview for Radio Europa Libera.
Radu says that Dorin Chirtoata, the former mayor of the Capital is guilty about the current situation of the City Hall.
"It is important to have competent people in the City Hall. We need such people who will fulfill the society's interests rather than his own", said Silvia Radu, the interim of the Capital.
Silvia Radu says that the City Hall's structure is not an efficient one and we needed to merge many departments, inclusively, the Health Direction leaded by Mihai Moldovanu.
The interim said that Moldovanu's dismissal is not a revenge. He was obliged to resign, because he was caught while having fun at the No.1 Hospital. After this case, the Capital residents started to send more and more letters complaining about the health system from Chisinau.
"I received a lot of letters where citizens complain about how does the medical system work", said Silvia Radu.
While asked is she will run for mayor office, she replied that didn't take a decision yet.
"I didn't take a decision yet. It is very difficult. I have a lot of projects that are about to start", said Silvia Radu, the interim of the Capital.
The interim talked about the projects that need to be implemented. The mayor declared that the municipality has a plan to repair all the historical places of Chisinau.
