An employee of the No.11 Penitentiary from Balti tried to transmit drugs to the defendant. The investigation officers established that the guardian was bribed by an arrested person in exchange of drugs.

On this case there was initiated an investigation. Balti Prosecutor's Office initiated a criminal file.

The employee of the penitentiary will be dismissed and risks up to five years in prison.
