The fake bomb alert author has been detained after a special investigative and prosecution measures undertaken by the Buiucani Chisinau Police. 

The 30-year-old man, inhabitant of Chisinau, was escorted to the inspectorate for the determination of the circumstances. He acknowledged his actions, reasoning his being unaware of the consequences. 

Thus, the capital's police initiated a criminal case for false communication about the act of terrorism. 

The accused risks a fine from 27,000 to 42,000 lei, unpaid community service from 180 to 240 hours or a prison term of up to 2 years.
