Border police took part of communication training
Strengthening the efficient communication capacities in the migration sphere was the discussion subject within a training organized for the employees of the Border Police. The representatives of the Intern Affairs Ministry also benefited of the training.
During four days, the participants were acknowledged with the structure and the value of a press release, how they need to look at a conflict, the importance and responsibilities of a spokesman and so on.
The training also included a practice, where the ones present at the event were needed to simulate six crisis situations of illegal migration, where it was indispensable to apply the information previously acquired and intelligent reason to master some difficult and unpredictable conjunctions that can cause negative circumstances, both at institutional and national level.
To strengthen the knowledge, Rosian Vasiloi, expert in politics brought examples. He appreciated the cooperation between the press and police and said how necessary it is to develop it. Also, he mentioned his own vision about the reality.
At the end of the training, Fabian Badila, MIEUX expert and chief of the IGPF Romanian Press Bureau, there was identified and established a situation that could generate a crisis.
The event was organized within the external assistance project, in cooperation with the International Center for Development the Migration Politics, financed by EU though MIEUX project.
