Two defendants aged of 34 and 36 escaped from Branesti Penitentiary. Everything happened two days ago, while the men were working in the prison's yard.

They managed to run, because they had the right to work without being supervised. According to the Penitentiary Institutions Department, one of the men was detained and the other one is investigated.

The men were imprisoned for robbery.
