The Romanian schools from the left side of Nistru will be supported by Chisinau authorities, assured Igor Sarov, the State Secretary of Education Ministry who hold a meeting with the directors of the Romanian schools from the region.
Ion Iovcev, the director of Lucian Blaga lyceum from Tiraspol says that it was an important meeting and he hopes that the discussed topics will be solved in a short time.
"I talked about the problems we have now. I talked about the money allocated for the rent of our buildings. I hope we will solve all these problems", said ion Iovcev, the Lucian Blaga Lyceum director.
In November, 2017, Chisinau and Tiraspol authorities signed a protocol that provides the pupils' access to the Romanian schools.
In February of the same year, the Government approved the document that provides the application of the apostille on the study papers issued since 1992 by the education institutions from the left bank of the Dniester River and the city of Bender.
