The train on Chisinau-Odessa route will be more safe and comfortable. Chiril Gaburici is sure that this change will have an economic impact. He made this declarations at the release of the Chisinau-Odessa route.

At the same time, Peter Michalko, the EU Ambassador to Republic of Moldova reiterated that the train is a good opportunity to gather people.

"The new train is modern, fast and safe. We want to provide a safe trip for the travelers. This train will bring benefits and create many opportunities for the tourism and economy", said the Ambassador. 

Slawomir Pichor, the EUBAM mission chief said that for EUBAM, these conditions will strengthen the relationship between people and will offer them the opportunity to visit another country and become acknowledged with their culture. He also congratulated all the persons involved in this project, as they transformed a plan in a reality. 

PUBLIKA.MD reminds that today, Chisinau-Odessa train started its route. The train has four wagons and the passengers have free wifi access. Today, the passengers benefited of a 33% discount.

The Chisinau-Odessa course takes 3 hours and 50 minutes, which is 25 minutes less. The train will circulate on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The train starts at 6:57  am in Chisinau and 6:34 pm in Odessa. The price of  a ticket varies between 151 and 167 lei.
