The No.1 hospital doesn't have a director, anymore. Today, Silvia Radu, the interim of the Capital dismissed Iurie Dondiuc for a bad administration of the hospital. Silvia Radu announce about this on a social media page.

" Today I dismissed Mr. Dondiuc, director of No.1 Hospital. As you know, when I was paid an unexpected visit to the hospital, I found the manager having fun during the work time. Also,  I have noticed how the hospital was administered. Citizens' complaints describe very well the system imposed in recent years by Moldovanu, Dondiuc and others, who have done everything to make the system work exclusively for their benefit and not for the benefit of patients and, implicitly, of Chisinau residents. I said and I repeat, I will not allow such people to lead the vital systems of the city. I will not let corruption and irresponsible people destroy the local government. As long as I am a mayor, even interim, I want to make order ", said Silvia Radu.

PUBLIKA.MD reminds that the scandal within the health system started after many doctors and nurses from the municipal hospitals started to talk about grave errors of their chiefs.

In February, Silvia Radu surprised Iurie Dondiuc, the director of the No.1 municipal hospital attending a party at the hospital during the working hours. 

On Thursday, Mihai Moldovanu, the chief of the Health Direction was dismissed. A disposition in this sense was signed by Silvia Radu, the interim of the Capital.

According to a press release of the Capital City Hall, the official was dismissed, because he didn't obey his working duties.
