The candidates on the City Hall elections could spend more than 18 million lei in the election campaign and the ones from Balti - three million lei each. The CEC established the costs of the local elections, organized on May 20.

CEC has also decided that the parties and the electoral blocks could get loans without interest rate. The independent candidates can't take loans over 5 000 lei.

Also, the institution decided to create constetuences in Balti and Chisinau.

Thus, they will announce the persons who want to register for the elections.
