Free smoke detectors were installed for over 941 families from Moldova
The National Campaign "Protected House, Protected Life" reached the mark of 941 families. Free smoke detectors were installed for people from Soroca, Edineț, Căușeni, Călărași, Briceni, Florești, Ungheni, Taraclia, Comrat and Cahul.
IGSU employees spoke with people on the importance of having detectors installed, as well as the way they work. Among the beneficiaries count elders, ill people and families with many children.
The campaign is meant to prevent fires, as well as carbon monoxide poisoning. It will last throughout 2018.
PUBLIKA.MD reminds that people from all over the country received free smoke detectors after PDM leader, Vlad Plahotniuc requested IGSU to offer free installations.
