Former PLDM deputy, Chiril Lucinschi was sentenced for five years and six months. The sentence can be appealed.

Also, the Buiucani Court decided to release Lucinschi from home arrest.

At the same time, Lucinschi will pay a fine of 27 000 lei and will be under judicial control till the final sentence.
