There was emitted a horologic warning for floods in the Prut river nearby.

The warning is available till April 20. After the snow melt in Carpats, the water spill from the Costeşti-Stânca lake increased, and therefore the hydrologists warn about the increase of the water level from two and a half meters to three and a half meters in the districts of Ungheni, Leova and Cahul districts.
