Two men were arrested on suspicion of committing a crime in a forest near Rădulenii Vechi village, Floreşti district.

According to the police, the 39 and 30 year old suspects were supposed to meet the victim on April 3, where after a fight, they beat him. Later, the suspects grabbed the man, threw him into a car and drove him to the edge of a forest, where he was burned. The victim passed away.

Law enforcement are investigating the case. If found guilty, the two risk to spend the next 15 to 20 years behind bars, or even life imprisonment. The 39-year-old suspect was the lover of the person the victim was dating.
