Mini-football is growing in Moldova. 100 teams divided into 3 groups participate in the new national championship.
The competition also sparked interest from the president of the world-wide federation, Filip Juda.
"It is very important for us to visit new countries. The improvement of the infrastructure increases players, children, juniors and seniors practicing the mini-football", said the president of World Mini-fottbal Federation, Filip Juda.
Mini-football is the favorite of the former national team players. Sergiu Epureanu, Oleg Şişchin, Viorel Frunză and Vadim Boreţ are the ones who practice this kind of sport.
"I love football, it's a very good tournament," former football player Vadim Borez said.
The fourth round of the championship will be held on April 22.
