Liosa Semipalatenschii from Kazahstan was detained by INI and PCCOCS officers. The 60 year old penal paid a visit to Moldova in order to make an affair of drugs smuggling.

People of the law established that the man wanted to met the representatives of the criminal environment of Moldova and Transnistria.

After the investigation realized in his flat, there was identified another 32 year old man who took part of the criminal group too. 

The police found 6 000 USD, three cell phones, an iPad and many SIM cards in the flat.

On April 14, 2018, the men were expelled from Moldova for a 15 years term.

Now, the police is searching for his accomplices.
