Moldovans begin to favor loans. In March, banks from the country offered nearly 19 000 loans, by 3 700 more than in February. Most popular were consumer credits and mortgage loans.

Data of the Central Bank shows that in March were offered nearly 5 300 loans for various needs, by 175 more than in February. By the end of the month the balance reached 4.2 billion lei. The amount of mortgage loans having slightly dropped.

Therefore, close to 230 loans were accessed, their balance being of over 2.7 billion lei. At the same time, the number of loans for agriculture and commerce also increased.

Therefore, for commerce were offered 225 loans, amounting to over 9 billion lei. The biggest growth was registered in loans offered for agriculture, the number having increased by nearly 100 loans compared to February.

Data of the National Bank of Moldova shows that by the end of March, the balance of all offered loans reached over 32 billion lei.
