The National Bank of Moldova will have a new salary regulation. Sergiu Cioclea, the governor of the National Bank declared that the Council's report will be elaborated at the audit committee's recommendations.
According to the governor, the National Bank's salary should be the same on the market, otherwise, the best employees will leave BNM and will go in the private sector. The governor also added that 5 of 40 BNM employees resigned this year.
