Fifth Multi-functional Center of the Public Services Agency opened in Sângerei
People from Sângerei district will enjoy the services of a single window. The fifth multi-functional window was opened today, while people will be able to use over one thousand public services at 18 windows. Public Service Agency invested in the construction of the window nearly seven million lei, while at the center was also managed a parking lot.

People claim that the new institutions will save both time and money. They can now use more rapidly and efficiently all public services.
"It is faster and more convenient. We have more freedom and are not required to stand in lines."
"We used to make reservations from 3 months beforehand. Now, we simply come and grab a paper."
Operators claim that they are proud to work in the new center, especially since it has all the latest equipment. Everything is digitized, while the data can be accessed faster and easier.
"We were able to serve many people and there were nearly no lines over the past two days."
Officials have also attended the opening ceremony.
"We aim to depoliticize the institutions" PD deputy, Violeta Ivanov said.
"People can now simply come after the document they need. Many used to come requesting petitions and I believe the numbers will lesson now" president of Sângerei district, Vasile Marandiuc said.
The next center will be opened at Ceadîr-Lunga.
"This center is among the most modern ones from our country, equipped with everything necessary. It requires one to two weeks for people to get used to the new technologies, but surveys shows that all people are satisfied" director of Public Service Agency, Sergiu Răileanu said.
Public Service Agency was created by the Government last May and is part of the administrative reform, aiming to depoliticize state institutions.
The new structure took over the duties of State Registration Chamber, Licensing Chamber, Cadastru and Civil Status Service. At the moment such centers were also opened in Străşeni, Cahul, Comrat and Ocniţa.
