Constitutional Court decided: Drivers will pay half of fines within 72 hours
A half of the fines that will be applied, will be paid in 72 hours. This decision belongs to the Constitutional Court, after it was noticed by an attorney from Balti.
"The 72 hours term to pay a half of the fine starts when the fine is applied", said Mihai Poalelungi, the president of the Constitutional Court.
The magistrates of the Supreme Court declared that the "Starting the moment it was applied" statement is not constitutional. The decision of the Court is final and it won't be changed.
"It will be equal for everybody. It is a fair decision", declared Ghenadie Eremciuc, the magistrate at the Balti Court.
The representatives of the Government and the Parliament pledged against the notice. On the over side, the judge who said it is not constitutional says that many persons were fined in less than 72 hours for paying just 50% of the fine.
The attorney told the magistrates of the Supreme Court after a process on the Balti instance. A woman complained she couldn't pay a half of the fine within 72 hours, as she receive the protocol too late.
