Moldovan taxpayers have three more days to file statements on income tax. The deadline was extended until May 2.In the remaining days, the State Tax Service and territorial offices will operate in a special regime. Today and on Monday, the statement can be submitted between 8:00 and 15:00, while on the last day, on May 2, the offices will be open until 19:00.
The filing of the declaration is compulsory for those who had two or more jobs, within a year and whose annual incomes exceeded 31 140 lei and received more than 10 000 of the sale of goods.
Acts may be filed with any tax authority, regardless of the residence visa. Taxpayers who do not file statements may face fines of one thousand lei. The same punishment is provided for the submission of false data. The delay will be sanctioned by 200 lei.
