A Moldovan received a penal case after he borrowed a car to go to Ukraine.
Everything took place at Palanca customs, on the evening of April 28, the border police stooped a Toyota Corola from the traffic.
The driver, a 36 year old resident of Chisinau had 16 carriages of 7,62 caliber that are used for gas guns, in the car.
The man said that the things don't belong to him, moreover, the he borrowed the car from a relative. The ammunition were seized and will pass an expertise.
The case will be inspected by the border police. The man risks a fine between 650 and 950 conventional units or between 180 and 240 hours of unpaid work, or three years behind bars.
