Despite elections begin around the corner, Silvia Radu decided to lend a hand to participants of "Un Pic de Love" ("A Bit of Love") competition. Former interim Mayor of Chisinau has painted along with other participants a Moldovan carpet, similar to the flower carpet that was previously installed in front of the Nativity Cathedral.

"I helped the winners of A Bit of Love competition, organized by the "The Association of Creation Companies" and "The Illustrators Community". Nicolae Morozov won the competition with a painting of Moldovan Traditional Carpet.

I also painted a bit, not only to assist, but to also support all artist- Chisinau need a creative industry, for all artists to join hands and make the city more beautiful.

I know that some will comment that Moldovan carpet is unoriginal, but it is already painted and is just as beautiful as the one previously installed in front of the Nativity Cathedral" wrote Silvia Radu on her Facebook page.
