Employees will soon receive meal vouchers. The receipts will be printed shortly by two foreign companies and then sent to the first beneficiaries. The announcement was made by the President of Parliament, Andrian Candu, after a meeting with the representatives of these companies.

"We're almost ready to issue meal vouchers. Then we will deliver the first vouchers to the employees soon", said Andrian Candu.

"We believe that there is potential for development for us and there is a real demand from the employees in the country," said Veselin Penchev, operator of mass ticket vendors.

The companies that will produce and deliver the meal vouchers have studied the Moldovan market well.

"We interviewed companies from different sectors, different sizes, different regions, and we noticed that there is an interest. More than 50 percent said they are interested in offering lunch vouchers to their employees, "said Dorin Corcimari, the company's representative.

The law on meal vouchers, promoted by Legislative President Andrian Candu, stipulates that employees will receive a 45-lei meal ticket for each day at work. They can not be transmitted from one person to another or exchanged for money.
