An international corporation wishes to purchase 41% of stakes of Moldova-Agroindbank.
According to the Central Bank, the three foreign international institutions have already submitted a request for this purpose.
The announcement was also made by National Committee for Financial Stability (NCFS) that suggested the Government to launch negotiations.
Recently, Banca Transilvania became a stakeholder of Victoriabank, third biggest bank from Moldova, having together with EBRD over 72% of the stakes.
