Andrei Năstase has the most non-European electoral program, it has been said by Liberal Valeriu Munteanu, who analyzed the programs of candidates. 

Morever, Năstase is said to have proposals that violate the Association Agreement of our country with the European Union. At the same time Nastase shows a profound lack of knowledge of Chisinau's affairs.

Munteanu also said that Năstase is trying to impose priorities for the inhabitants that can not be achieved.
