Persons who can't go to polling stations because of illnesses benefit of mobile ballot box
Many persons who can't go to the polling stations because of illnesses can vote from home.
Tatiana Davidova is 73 years old. A few years ago, she suffered a head attack and this is why she can't move to the balling station. Anyway, the woman made a request to fulfill her constitutional right.
The woman says that it is very important for her to vote.
"I was born here. My family is from Chisinau and I want to vote", said Tatiana Davidova.
The woman says she didn't miss any ballot.
"We should think about our future and the one of our children. We should live in peace" said the woman.
The mobile ballot box arrived to the 61 year old Mohail Moraru. At the previous elections, the man went to the polling station, but this year he can't afford it. Mihai Moraru hopes for a change.
"We write the history and only we can change it", said Mihail Moraru, Capital resident.
The representatives of the polling sections say they go to the persons who made a request. For example, at the No. 96 polling section, there were made three requests.
"We offer the citizens the opportunity to fulfill their constitutional right", said Nicolai Popilevschi.
On the elections day, the requests for the mobile ballot box can be made only till 3 pm.
