All the judges should pass some tests to check their abilities, in order to obtain the activity license. This is the desire of Andrian Candu, the President of the Parliament who held a meeting with the businessmen and public workers from the north of the country.
The chief of the Parliament says that one of his problems is to solve the litigation. This was confirmed by the economic agents who go days in a row to solve the deals that take years.
"The judgments are endless. These can even take three, four, five or ten years. I was going very often in Chisinau at the instance. You should establish a term for these", said Sergiu Marandiuc, businessman.
Andrian Candu said that he is involved in a judgement that is at its fourth year and is not satisfied about the way some attorneys work. On the other side, the official was surprised by the thing that some deals can be transmitted really fast in the higher instances.
The President of the Parliament referred to a German company that attacks a store from the country for illegally sealing goods of a label that doesn't belong to them.
"It is about a store from the central market and it has a deal against a adidas", said Andrian Candu, the President of the Parliament.
In these conditions, the President of the Parliament advice the magistrates to pass a professional test.
"We will find solutions as soon as it will be possible. We should start with an integrity commission and a professional one", said Andrian Candu, the President of the Parliament.
In Moldova there are over 480 judges.
