Almost 100 employees of summer camps were trained by the National Agency for Food Safety, in order to prevent the intoxication.
The previous year, 27 children, among which, 10 from Romania were resting in Stefan-Voda and got poisoned.
"We want to be well prepared this season, so we will be able to avoid food poisoning", said Gheorghe Gaberi, the director of the National Agency for Food Safety.
The previous year, the verification have proven that there were many encroaches at the summer camps, among which, bad quality products, products that passed deadline and dirty conditions.
In this context, the specialists came up with recommendations.
"When you start to use any product, you should keep the label as long as this is in the box. The walls should be cleaned", said Svetlana Svet, the chief of the NAFS commerce service.
The employees of the summer camps who participated at the training said it is difficult to obey all the requirements.
"It is very hard to obey all the requirements, but we will try to do so."
Starting June 5, 80 summer camps will start their activity.
