The martial arts fighter, Mihai Pargaru, who is suspected of murdering a man in front of a night club from the Capital was arrested for 30 days. The sentence was announced by Rascani Court.

The suspected refused to talk with the press.

The lawyer said that his client cooperated with the prosecutors, this is why he considers the sentence to be illegally.

The sportsman is blames of two crimes: hooliganism and injuring a person by purpose. 

"Within the investigation, there will be established all the circumstances of the case", declared Angela Plesca, prosecutor.

In the following days, the other suspect will hear the sentence.

On May 19, a man from the Capital was injured to death by a group of young men.

The victim was transported to the hospital, but he died in five days.

The police opened three penal cases. The guilty risk up to 15 years in prison.
