Japan increased investments in Moldova. Fujikura builds wiring factory in Comrat
Two thousand Moldovans will be able to find jobs in Comrat soon, as a wiring factory will be opened there. The building was built by Fujikura Japanese company and is the second of this type. The work will be finished at the end of the year.
"The factory will have a 10 thousand square meters surface. It will have an administrative place where the offices will be placed", said Sergiu Capatina, administrator of an industrial park.
The director of Fujikura thanked the Government for their support.
"Only due to the thing that we were supported by the Government, we managed to do it", said Angela Piliughin, the director of Fujikura Moldova.
Chiril Gaburici, the Minister of Economy and Infrastructure also paid a visit.
"-When did you start to work? How is it going?"
The employees of the company are glad that they will e able to find a job here.
"Everything is perfect, I like it here.
-I am working here for already two months.
-How is it?
-Everything is good."
At the factory work over 500 people and the company wants to employ more people.
"What is important is the thing that we don't have enough staff. We want to employ more people", said Santiago Rodriguez, the director of Fujikura factory from Moldova.
The Japan Ambassador in the Republic of Moldova says that this factory was built for the whole country.
"The most important thing for Moldova are the jobs, People need to find a job here", said Masanobu Yoshii, Japan Ambassador to the Republic of Moldova.
"We have 15 thousand available positions. In two-three years we will have 10-15 thousand more. This is a great success for the economy", said Chiril Gaburici.
According to the statistics, 20 foreign companies activate in this sphere. The last year, the wiring manufacturing had raised by 43% and the exports by 37%.
