The Justice Ministry, the General Prosecutor and the President of the Supreme Court of Justice, Members of CSM won't be able to call in office or fine a judge. This was implemented in order to avoid rumors regarding the thing that the Governance gets involved in the judicial system. 

"To exclude the rumors about the Governance that it gets involved in the justice system, we decided to implement this law", said Nicolae Esanu, the state secretary at the Justice Ministry.

Nicolae Esanu also said that the legislation regarding the judges' discipline will be more harsh.

"The justice inspectorate will decide if there are any breaches in certain case or not. It is not a hunting of judges. We should admit the thing that the persons who commit encroaches will be punished", declared Nicolae Esanu.
