Moldavian Design Week. Young artists, architects and designers have displayed their works
Moldavian Design Week open its doors for all those passionate about the industry. For the first time in Moldova, young artists, architects and designers have displayed their works.
Nicu Zaporojan is an artist and found out about the event from social media.
"I decided to display a work that combines my passions. It is a combination of futurism, fantasy and history" artist Nicu Zaporojan declared.
Nicolae Şcaterman came with 29 ceramic bulls, all with unique features.
"I displayed some bulls, I believe there to be a bull in each one of us, we only need to awaken it" student of the Art Academy, Nicolae Şcaterman said.
Organizers have big expectations.
"We wish to bring a change in Moldova and aim to promote design in the society's life and to promote the best qualities of the creative industry" organizer of Moldavian Design Week, Alexandrin Buraga said.
Guests were impressed by the works.
"I loved the interior design sketches."
"It is a good opportunity for everyone to see some beautiful things, for people to feel and appreciate design, art."
"I love the works, they are both creative and inspirational."
People can view the works of over 100 designers until June 10.
The best works, displayed at the National Art Museum, National History Museum and the Water Tower from Chisinau will be awarded.
