1 400 minors were detained for taking drugs, hooliganism and robbery. It is about some teenagers aged between 14 and 17.

"They are influenced by their elder friends. Sometimes, they don't even understand that", said Dorel Nistor, IGP chief of section.

377 minors were detained last year, for committing grave crimes.

"A lot of minors are detained for the breaches they do", said Liubovi Jiglea, No.10 penitentiary chief.

The Goian prison is also filled by teenagers.

"I didn't want to get here, but my friends made me do that", said a teenager.

In the No.10 penitentiary there are 33 teenagers. Many of them have relatives with the same behavior.
