The development of the relationship between Moldova and the USA were discussed by Tatiana Molcean, the State Secretary, within the meeting with Jorgan Andrews, the deputy assistant of the State Secretary for Europe and Eurasia and Joe Manso, the deputy of the State Secretary for International Organizations assistant.

The officials discussed about the relationship between Moldova and the US and approved the cooperation on the Strategic Dialogue between the countries. The American officials welcomed the efforts supported by the Republic of Moldova officials to implement the reforms.

Within the discussions, they highlighted the importance of the official meetings to the US and the permanent communication between the Capitals.

The State Department appreciated the results of the 5+2 negotiations and determined the national authorities to find a way in solving the transnistrean conflict. At the same time, they remarked the importance to continue cooperating on the multi lateral dimension.
