Five members of a criminal group were arrested for drug trafficking.

According to prosecutors, all suspects were arrested at the same time, in a few sectors of the Capital, in the moment they intended to sell drugs. After searches, they were found in possession of 20 plastic tubes, 15 packages and 22 envelopes containing drugs.

Investigations revealed that between January - June 2018, the suspects received drugs, then transported, stored and sold them in Chisinau.

Five people were arrested for 72 hours. If found guilty, they risk a 3 to 7 years sentence.
